【Abstract】 The features of higher vocational college include dominant characteristics such as major construction,the appearance of college,the ranks of teachers,social services;and recessive characteristics such as teaching ideas and the service tenet,teaching style,management system.This paper expounds vocational colleges have major characteristics,such as the originality of school-running style,the oriented ideas of school-running,the high quality of school resources,the stability of the school-running process,the regional of school-running efficiency.Innovating school-running ideas,nailing down the position of school-running,creating unique campus culture,building specialized major and dual-qualification teachers group,creating patterns for training qualified personnel,bringing up high levels of lead team,strengthening the service function are effective realizing paths to enhance school-running features.更多还原
