基于灰色层次分析法的高校岗位津贴设计模型

【摘要】 文中旨在应用灰色层次分析法对高校岗位津贴标准进行设计,从而科学确定不同岗位等级的津贴标准,充分发挥高校岗位津贴的激励作用.

【Abstract】 This paper aims at designing university post allowances standard by gray-AHP,thus determines the salary standard of different post level,give full play to exciting function of university post allowances.
