【摘要】 目的:调查分析肺结核患者的生存质量状况。方法:采用郝元涛等研制的《肺结核病人生存质量测定量表》试用版,对300例初诊肺结核患者和100例健康者进行测量,并对肺结核患者生存质量现状进行多因素分析。结果:肺结核患者生存质量水平低于健康组(P<0.05)。其中,社会歧视感高于健康人群;但在一般生理、治疗心理、健康教育三方面与健康人群无明显差异,在医疗费用压力上并不高于健康人群,社会支持水平甚至高于健康人群,并自觉生存质量和生存意义不低。结论:肺结核患者健康状况明显改善,医疗费用负担与社会环境支持状况良好;结核患者的社会歧视感仍是影响其生存质量水平的重要因素,社会对结核患者的歧视问题有待改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey and analyze life quality condition of pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)patients.Methods Both of 300 cases of tuberculosis patients and 100 cases of healthy subjects were eligible for the study.The life quality status of the patients and healthy subjects was measured by "The life quality scale of tuberculosis patient" of the trial version compiled by HaoYuan-tao and analyzed with multiplicity.Results Tuberculosis patients’ survival quality levels was below healthy group(P < 0.05)and discrimination were higher than healthy crowd.Three aspects such as general physiology,psychology and health education of tuberculosis patients were consistent with healthy crowd.Medical treatment charge level of patients was similar to healthy crowd and social support level even higher than healthy crowd.Conclusion Tuberculosis patients’ health condition improved obviously.Discrimination feeling of tuberculosis patients was a important influence factor of the survival quality level.更多还原
