【摘要】 目的分析湖南省安仁县利用"项目"实施DOTS策略发现和治疗涂阳肺结核患者的效果,为结核控制可持续发展提供科学依据。方法对2001-2010年间上报的报表进行分类统计分析,参考其他文献进行评价。结果 10年间安仁县共接诊可疑肺结核患者11 817例,年平均就诊率为291.15/10万;查痰人数为7 251例,查痰率为61.36%,发现涂阳肺结核患者1 880例,涂阳患者年平均检出率达25.93%,新涂阳肺结核患者年平均登记率为46.32/10万,其中初治涂阳患者占89.04%,复治涂阳患者占10.96%;涂阳患者2个月末年平均痰菌阴转率98.62%;疗程结束新涂阳肺结核患者年平均治愈率达93.14%,其中初治涂阳93.56%,复治涂阳89.95%。结论安仁县利用"项目"控制肺结核疫情取得了显著成绩。病人发现和治疗效果评价指标较10年前有了质的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the detection and treatment effect of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Anren County where the "project" was used to implement the DOTS strategy,and to provide a scientific basis for sustained development of tuberculosis control. Methods The statements reported from 2001 to 2010 were statistically analyzed and evaluated by referencing to other literatures. Results A total of 11,817 suspected tuberculosis patients were treated in Anren County during a 10-year period,and the annual average consultation rate was 291.15/100,000.The number of sputum examination was 7,251,with the sputum examination rate of 61.36%.The number of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients detected was 1,880,and the annual average detection rate of smear-positive cases was 25.93%.The annual average registration rate of the new smear-positive cases was 46.32/100,000,among them,the initial and retreated smear-positive cases accounted for 89.04% and 10.96%,respectively.The rate of annual average sputum conversion after the 2-month intensive phase was 98.62%.The annual average cure rate of new smear-positive cases in the end of the treatment was 93.14%,among them,the initial and retreated smear-positive cases accounted for 93.56% and 89.95%,respectively. Conclusions Significant achievements have been made by using the "project" to control the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis.The detection and treatment effect indexes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients show a qualitative change comparing to those in 10 yeas ago.更多还原
