系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血OX40和OX40L分子的表达
Expression of OX40 and OX40L in Peripheral Blood of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients
【摘要】 目的探讨OX40和OX40L分子在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血T淋巴细胞和单核细胞上的表达及其在SLE发病机制中的可能作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测26例SLE患者和15例健康志愿者外周血T细胞上OX40和单核细胞上OX40L的表达水平。结果 SLE患者外周血CD4+T细胞OX40表达水平为8.91±5.07,显著高于正常对照组(3.46±1.72)(P<0.05),而CD8+T细胞OX40表达水平为3.89±1.94,与对照组(3.34±1.44)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);外周血单核细胞上OX40L表达水平(31.23±10.05)显著高于正常对照组(21.01±6.92)(P<0.05)。结论 SLE患者外周血T细胞和单核细胞上存在OX40和OX40L的异常表达,提示OX40/OX40L信号在T细胞与单核细胞相互作用过程中可能有助于T细胞的持续活化,从而参与SLE的发生发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of OX40 /OX40L molecules in peripheral blood T lymphocytes and mononuclear cells with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and the possible role in the pathogenesis of this disease.Methods By detection with flow cytometry,expression level of OX40 was analyzed in T cells and OX40L in mononuclear cells in 26 cases of SLE patients and 15 healthy volunteers.Results Compared with the normal group,the expression rete of OX40 increased significantly in CD4+ T cells which were(8.91±5.07)and monocytes in SLE patients were(31.23±10.05)while there was no changes in expression of CD8+ T cells(3.89±1.94).Conclusion The abnormal expression of OX40 and OX40L in T cells and mononuclear cells in SLE patients’ peripheral blood,suggests that the interaction of OX40/OX40L between T cells and monocytes may contribute to the continued activation of T cells and participate in the occurrence of SLE.
