【摘要】 采用Rietveld全谱拟合的方法对TiO2粉末中锐钛矿和金红石进行定量分析,通过标准样品数据和计算结果进行比较,对该方法的准确性、重复性以及普适性分析,计算结果与标准样品数据符合良好。该方法具有快速准确、成本低、可重复的特点,在高纯度矿物产品工业中将具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A quantitative phase analysis with Powder X-ray Diffraction data of the TiO2(rutile and antase)was conducted by using the method of Rietveld whole pattern fitting.By studying the accuracy,repeatability and universality of the result,it is proved that the analyzed values agree well with the real phase ratio.This method will have a great application in industrial production.
