【Abstract】 To optimize the contents of cytobiology experiment course and to satisfy the requirement of modern biotechnologies for professionals under the new situation,technology of plant cell culture is incorporated into the project of cytobiology experiment course and put into practice in experiments at different levels of the course.The reform of the teaching contents and methods improves the students’ interest and enthusiasm in study and enhances their capability of processing and comprehensive analysis of problems.It has laid a foundation in training students with a strong competitiveness of talents to meet the demand of social development.更多还原
