【摘要】 为协助各个高校能采购到物美价廉的教学仪器设备,提出用Topsis方法对设备供应商进行评价以协助高校进行采购决策。针对教学仪器设备供应商构建了评价指标体系,并介绍了Topsis方法的计算步骤,然后利用熵权法为教学仪器设备供应商评价指标体系构建权重值,最后利用Tosis方法针对某高校采购多媒体设备的实例对4个设备供应商进行进行评价分析,通过计算分析。其最后结果表明使用该方法对高校教学仪器设备供应商进行评价与决策研究是可靠的,同时也验证了该评价指标体系的可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The TOPSIS was proposed to evaluate the suppliers of equipment to assist in purchasing decisions of colleges and universities.An evaluation index system for equipment suppliers was constructed and the index weights were calculated by using the entropy method.In addition,the evaluation steps based on TOPSIS were introduced.Finally,four equipment suppliers of a university were evaluated by using TOPSIS.The results show that both the TOPSIS and the evaluation index system are reliable.更多还原
