燃料蒸汽转化实验系统设计
Design of Fuel-Steam Reforming Experimental System
【摘要】 化学回热燃气轮机循环(CRGT)是借助燃料蒸汽转化反应的强吸热特性,回收透平排气余热以提高燃料效率,起到节能、减排的双重功效。针对CRGT研究的需要,开发出燃料蒸汽转化实验系统。它是典型的管式固定床催化反应装置,功能齐全,扩充性强,还可作为串联反应器进行多级反应试验或加装分离膜作为膜反应器应用。实验台可模拟燃气轮机运行各工况状态,对气态或液态燃料进行蒸汽转化的各种工艺流程测试;还可开设多个教学实验,培养学生综合能力和科研素质,是教学、科研、技术开发的新实验平台。
【Abstract】 Chemical regenerative gas turbine cycle(CRGT) improve fuel efficiency through turbine exhaust waste heat recovery with the strong endothermic properties of the fuel reforming progress.CRGT plays double effect of energy saving and reduction.A fuel-steam reforming experimental system was designed according to the need of CRGT research.It is typically a tubular fixed bed catalytic reaction system,which has advantages of advanced equipments,full functions and strong extendibility.It also can serve as a multi-stage series reactor or a membrane reactor through installed membrane.The bench is enable to simulate the test of various technological processes according to gaseous or liquid fuel-steam reforming progress.Additionally,this system can be used as teaching experimental equipment in order to train the students’ comprehensive ability and scientific research quality.It is a new experimental platform for teaching,research,and technology development.
