利用γ射线扫描技术检测反应器催化剂床层损坏故障
Failure of Catalyst Beds Inside Reactor by Using γ-ray Scanning Techniques
【摘要】 γ射线扫描检测是一项新型检维修辅助技术,能在不停工不影响生产的条件下快速、准确识辨反应器等炼化设备运行过程中存在的故障。对该技术的基本原理及在某醚化反应器过程故障扫描诊断中的应用情况进行了介绍,通过现场检测,认为采用该技术检测诊断炼化设备过程故障是可行的,在石化行业具有较好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 γ-ray scanning is a new technology which can serve as an important troubleshooting and maintenance tool for petrochemical equipments,it can rapidly and directly measured the operating failure of the process equipments such as reactor,the principle and application of a etherification reactor troubleshooting was briefly introduced,and the application results showed that γ-ray scanning techniques could be used widely in petrochemical industry.
