【Abstract】 Benefits of evidence-based teaching model has been indicated by research publications.Physicians in our department of hematology have applied for this evidence-based teaching model in their daily teaching practice.Integrating with our sufficient clinical experiences,we also developed a more efficient and specific teaching model by teaching medical knowledge with appropriate analogy.The new model of evidence-based teaching medical knowledge with appropriate analogy has been evaluated at multiple levels,and feedbacks have suggested benefits from the new teaching model on helping medical students to understand complex mechanisms of hematopoietic diseases;Medical students have also expressed more interest to this new teaching model.In our article,we further describe that the new teaching method may also benefit-medical students to promote their additional imagination and comprehension for medical knowledge.Our final conclusions suggest the dramatic benefits of the new evidence-based teaching model on medical education.更多还原
