【摘要】 利益问题是社会的基本问题。运用逻辑分析的方法,从马克思利益理论的视角,分析中国竞技体育职业化进程中存在的利益冲突现象。认为:利益分化是导致中国竞技体育职业化产生利益冲突的根本原因,法律规范欠缺是利益冲突产生的制度原因,非平衡的利益表达则是利益冲突产生的原始诱因。据此,提出通过立法和司法控制中国竞技体育职业化进程中利益冲突的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interest is one of the basic issues of the society.With the method of logic analysis,the paper analyzes the interest conflicts in the process of professionalized Chinese competitive sports,from the perspective of Marxism.It proposes that the polarization of interest is the root reason of the conflicts while the absence of legal regulations leads to the flaw of the system.On the other hand,an unequal expression of interest is the incentive of the conflicts of interest.Therefore legislative and judicial controls are necessary to control the conflicts in that professionalized process.更多还原
