真姬菇液态发酵海带废渣的研究

【摘要】 用真姬菇31和JB06两株菌种对4个浓度的海带废渣进行液态发酵,通过发酵特征观察、沉淀产量和多糖产量得出:真姬菇31菌株对海带废渣的利用能力优于真姬菇JB06。以真姬菇31作菌种,用3因子3水平正交试验优化海带废渣培养基配方,结果表明:7%的海带废渣、0.2%的葡萄糖、0.09%的牛肉浸粉是培养基配方的最佳方案。用MTT法测定了发酵产物的体外抗肿瘤试验,结果表明真姬菇31菌株发酵海带废渣所得多糖和乙酸乙酯提取物对胃癌细胞SGC7901的抑制率比对照多糖和对照乙酸乙酯提取物分别提高了22.78%和15.08%。

【Abstract】 Four level concentrations of kelp waste in the liquid were fermented by Hypsizigus marmoreus 31 and Hypsizigus marmoreus JB06,the characteristic of fermention was observed and the yield of precipitation and polysaccharide was measured,the results showed that Hypsizigus marmoreus 31 was better than Hypsizigus marmoreus JB06 in using of kelp waste.The medium of kelp waste was optimized through orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels using the strain of Hypsizigus marmoreus 31,it showed that the optimal medium was kelp waste 7 %,Glucose 0.2 %,Beef extract power 0.09 %.The anti-tumor activity in viro of the product from the fermention was detected by MTT,the results indicated that the inhibition rate of gastric cancer cells SGC7901 of the polysaccharides and ethyl acetate extract from the fermentation of Hypsizigus marmoreus 31 was better than control experiment,increased by 22.78 % and 15.08 % respectively.
