低能N~+离子注入选育少根根霉脂肪酶高产菌株
Mutation breeding of the lipase producing strain Rhizopus arrhizus with low energy N+ion beam implantation
【摘要】 以提高霉菌脂肪酶产量为目的,采用低能N+离子注入技术,对少根根霉BUCT-11进行了诱变选育研究。结果表明:经N+离子注入诱变,筛选到高产脂肪酶突变株N103,在摇瓶发酵条件下,测得脂肪酶水解酶活为175U/mL,为出发菌株产量的165%,且具有较好的遗传稳定性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the lipase producing ability of Rhizopus arrhizus,the original strain BUCT-11 was irradiated by means of the low energy N+ ion.As a result,a lipase high-yield mutant with good genetic stability,numbered N103 was obtained,and the lipase yield of which in shaking flask scale was up to 175U/mL,which was 65% higher than that of the original strain.
