【Abstract】 A fine strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus was selected as the research object.It measured the method of plate culture count to confirm the survival of Lactobacillus acidophilus under different factors to study its acid-resistant,osmotic pressure tolerance,salt and bile tolerance and to study the comprehensive influences of gastric acid,salt and bile on Lactobacillus acidophilus by simulating of human gastrointestinal environment.Finally it concluded that Lactobacillus acidophilus had a certain resistance capacity.更多还原
