【摘要】 目的探讨神经性厌食症(AN)病人的临床特点。方法将符合国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)AN诊断标准的27例病人的临床资料进行分析。结果 AN以女性较多,惧怕肥胖是AN病人病态心理的核心;AN病人的躯体损害明显,社会功能损害严重。结论 AN不仅有躯体损害,而且伴有精神症状,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical features of patients with anorexia nervosa(AN). Methods The clinical data of 27 AN patients who met the criteria of the 10th Revision of International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10) were analyzed.Results More AN patients were female,fear of obesity being the core of their patienthood.The damage of their body and social activities were obvious. Conclusion AN presents have not only physical damage but also psychotic symptoms,a attention should be paid to this condition.更多还原
