【摘要】 目的探讨β2肾上腺素受体(β2-AR)在胰腺癌组织表达及其与胰腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术,检测40例胰腺癌及10例远癌正常胰腺组织中β2-AR的表达情况,分析β2-AR表达与胰腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果胰腺癌组织β2-AR的阳性表达率为77.5%(31/40),正常胰腺组织为40.0%(4/10),二者之间差异有显著性(Z=-22.475,P<0.05)。胰腺癌组织中β2-AR蛋白阳性表达与TNM分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(Z=-3.372-、3.073,P<0.05),而与病人的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(Z=-1.395～-0.060,P>0.05)。结论β2-AR蛋白在胰腺癌浸润转移中发挥着重要作用,β2-AR阻断剂有可能用于胰腺癌的预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of β2-adrenoceptor(β2-AR) in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with clinicopathologic parameters. Methods The expression of β2-AR was detected by immunohistochemistry in 40 tissue specimens of cancer of pancreas and 10 normal pancreatic tissue that away from the cancer.The association of β2-AR expression with clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of β2-AR expression was 77.5%(31/40) in cancer specimens,and 40.0%(4/10) in normal pancreatic tissue,the difference between the two groups being significant(Z=-2.475,P<0.05).In cancer of pancreas,the positive expression of β2-AR was correlated with TNM staging and whether or not with metastasis of lymph node(Z=-3.372,-3.073;P<0.05);but not with the gender,age,size of tumor and degree of differentiation(Z=-1.395——0.060,P>0.05). Conclusion β2-AR plays an important role in infiltration and metastasis of pancreatic cancer,β2-AR-blocking agent might be used in the prevention and therapy for this malignancy.更多还原
