【摘要】 目的探索一种对Ⅲ-Ⅳ期褥疮治愈率高、疗程短,且经济有效的药物治疗方法。方法选择Ⅲ-Ⅳ期褥疮患者,根据疾病分期按2:1比例随机分为立奇膏组和对照组,立奇膏组采用自制的中药药膏立奇膏外敷,对照组采用0.02%呋喃西林抑菌液外敷。8周为1个疗程,治疗结束观察两组临床疗效。结果立奇膏组Ⅲ、Ⅳ期褥疮患者的总有效率分别为91.25%、80.00%,对照组分别为67.50%、50.00%;组间比较,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期临床疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立奇膏治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期褥疮疗效良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek an effective and economic therapy for decubital ulcer.Methods The patients with decubital ulcer ofⅢorⅣstages were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the proportion of two to one.The treatment group was treated by applying self-made"Liqi Ointment",and the control group was treated by applying 0.02%aldomycin liquid,with a course of 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect was evaluated at the end of the treatment.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rates for decubital ulcer ofⅢandⅣstages were 91.25%and 80.00%respectively,and they were 67.50%and 50.00%in control group respectively.There was a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05 ).Conclusion"Liqi ointment"is a good medicine in treating dedubital ulcer inⅢandⅣstage.更多还原
