【摘要】 介绍了环保型水性电泳防锈漆的配方和制备工艺,并列举了它的性能指标。讨论了诸种影响因素。

【Abstract】 The formulation and preparation technology of environment protective electrophoretic anti-rust paint were introduced,and its performance index was listed.Various influencing factors were discussed.
