水能区划模型及其在长江中游地区的应用
Hydro-energy zone model and its application to the middle reaches of Yangtze River
【摘要】 为了在保护生态的基础上有序开发水电,急需对我国水能资源利用的总体布局做好精心策划和科学分析。本文在回顾我国水电开发的现状,尤其是长江流域水能利用的基础上,分析了我国水能开发面临的一些技术问题。通过充分考虑流域生态平衡、社会经济发展、水能资源技术开发量等因素,提出了一种新的水能区划模型,并应用该模型对长江中游地区的水能资源作了区划分析。
【Abstract】 To maintain a well-ordered hydro-energy development and preserve ecological environments in China,it is urgent to scientifically analyze the national hydro-energy resources and elaborately plan an overall layout of development.This paper reviews the national hydropower development in China,particularly that in the Yangtze basin,and discusses several technical issues of hydro-energy utilization.A new hydro-energy zone model is proposed aiming at a comprehensive consideration of river basin ecological balance,technical exploitation amount of hydro-energy resources and social economy development,etc.,and its application to the middle Yangtze reaches is demonstrated.
