【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔填塞结合低温等离子射频治疗晚期鼻咽癌并发鼻出血的临床应用价值。方法采用鼻内窥镜下鼻腔填塞结合低温等离子射频治疗晚期鼻咽癌并发鼻出血24例。对术后再出血情况进行观察,术后随访1～12个月。全部病例均无外伤及出血性病史。结果本组24例患者中,22例经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔填塞结合低温等离子射频一次性治愈;1例当时有效止血,5 d后因喷嚏而少量出血再次给予相同治疗;1例因活动性出血迅猛,给予颈外动脉结扎。1次性治愈率91.67%,2次性治愈率4.17%,总有效率95.84%。结论鼻内窥镜下鼻腔填塞结合低温等离子射频治疗晚期鼻咽癌并发鼻出血具有手术时间短、出血量少、手术方法易掌握、创伤小、恢复快等优点,在治疗晚期鼻咽癌并发鼻出血方面是一种安全、有效且微创的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of temperature-controlled radio-frequency in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal cancer complicated with epistaxis.Methods 24 cases of advanced nasopharyngeal cancer complicated with epistaxis were treated with endoscopic nasal packing combined with temperature-controlled radio-frequency.Postoperative bleeding was observed and all the patients were followed up for 1-12 months.None of the patients had any history of trauma and epistaxis.Results Among the patients,22 cases were cured by nasal packing combined with temperature-controlled radio-frequency.In 1 case,a slight sneeze-caused nasal bleeding happened 5 days later and the above treatment was applied again.In another 1 case,external carotid artery ligation was introduced due to severe bleeding.The first cure rate was 91.67% and the secondary cure rate was 4.17%.The total effective rate was 95.84%.Conclusion Endoscopic nasal packing with temperature-controlled radiofrequency has some advantages in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal cancer complicated with epistaxis,such as shortened operation time,less bleeding,simpler surgical method,less injuries and faster recovery.更多还原
