岩石单轴抗压强度的尺寸效应研究
Scale Effect of Rock Uniaxial Compressive Strength
【摘要】 影响岩石抗压强度试验值的因素很多,这些因素大致可分为两个方面:一方面是岩石自身的因素,如矿物成分、结晶程度、风化程度等;另一方面是试验方法上的因素,如试件形状、尺寸大小等。研究结合西南某水电工程勘测设计工作需要,进行了4种不同尺寸的岩石单轴抗压强度比较试验,以探索岩石单轴抗压强度的尺寸效应。试验研究结果表明:岩石单轴抗压强度的尺寸效应明显,随试件尺寸的增大,其抗压强度值逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 There are many factors influencing rock compressive strength,including two kinds of them :first,rocks themselves,such as composition of mineral,crystal degree,weathering level and so on;second,test methods,such as specimen shape,size and so on.In this study,combined with one hydropower project investigation and design works in southwest China,uniaxial compressive strength tests for rocks with 4 different sizes were carried out to study scale effect of rock uniaxial compressive strength.The experiment study indicates that scale effect of rock uniaxial compressive strength is significant,compressive strength is decreasing with increasing of specimen size.
