膜技术协同γ辐射降解乳酸左氧氟沙星
SYNERGETIC TREATMENT OF LEVOFLOXACIN LACTATE BY IRRADIATION AND ELECTROCHEMICAL
【摘要】 研究了3种不同浓度的乳酸左氧氟沙星(LVF)在γ辐射、单阳膜电渗析(MAED)及协同技术处理下的降解。通过紫外吸收和不同水平的多重比较分析了pH、吸收剂量、MAED处理时间、处理顺序等因素的作用,同时对降解机理进行了初步探讨。试验表明,质量浓度10μg.mL-1的LVF溶液在单独γ射线的照射下能达到完全降解,协同技术可减少处理时间;100μg.mL-1的LVF溶液先MAED 60 min,再辐射吸收3 kGy,去除率可达94.6%;500μg.mL-1的LVF溶液先辐射吸收0.5 kGy,再MAED 30 min,去除率可达96%。单阳膜电渗析协同辐照可以有效减少处理时间和吸收剂量,降低成本、改善降解效果,为中高浓度抗生素的降解提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 Levofloxacin lactate(LVF) of three representative concentrations of antibiotics was employed as the targeted antibiotic to evaluate the degradation of irradiation,membrane technique and synergetic techniques.Some factors which affect the degradation rate: pH,irradiation,concentrations,treatment time were analyzed by UV-spectrometry of the different level,and the degradation mechanism was also speculated.It is concluded that the degradation rate of 10 μg·mL-1 LVF could lead to about 100% by one technique,and shorter time by synergetic treatment;100 μg·mL-1 was removed 94.6% with MAED for 60 min before 3 kGy irradiated;0.5 kGy and then MAED for 30 min made 500 μg·mL-1 LVF 96% degraded.Synergetic treatment with shorter time,lower dose and higher degradation will be a technical reference to the degradation of antibiotics.
