一起典型的保护误动作事故分析
Analysis on a Typical Accident of Protection Misoperation
【摘要】 对于微机型继电保护装置,用于零序功率方向判别都是采用自产零序电压和电流,虽然避免了采用外接零序电压电流可能出现的极性错误,但同样可能由于二次回路接线错误导致误判方向。以一实例说明了二次接线错误导致的保护误动作事故,对类似电网安全稳定运行提出了针对性的建议。
【Abstract】 For microcomputer-based relay protection device,self-produced zero sequence voltage and current are adopted for the discrimination of zero sequence power direction.It avoids the possible polarity mistakes when connecting with zero sequence voltage current,but the misjudgment of direction also may be caused by the wrong secondary circuit wiring.Taking the accident of protection misoperation caused by the wrong small wiring for example,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the safe and stable operation of the grid.
