锅炉空气预热器优化改造

【摘要】 湛江电力有限公司2号机组锅炉空气预热器存在密封控制系统可靠性低,部分密封元件磨损、老化,空气预热器漏风率偏高等问题。对此,提出了转子模拟隔仓改造,重新设计、更换固定扇形板及轴向密封弧形板,更换径向、轴向密封片等改造方案。实施后,2号机组在250 MW负荷工况下,锅炉A、B侧空气预热器测试漏风率分别为4.92%、5.59%;在300 MW负荷工况下,锅炉A、B侧空气预热器测试漏风率分别为3.17%、3.64%,改造效果显著。

【Abstract】 The problems existing in air preheater of boiler equipped for unit no.2 in Zhanjiang Electric Power Co Ltd,namely low reliability of the sealing control system,abrasion and aging of some sealing components,and high air leakage rate in the air preheater etc.,for these,a retrofit scheme,including retrofit of simulating compartments on the rotor,redesign and replacement of the fixed sectorial plates,and the radial plates used for axial seal,and replacement of radial and axial sealing strips etc.,has been put forward.After implementation,the measured air leakage rate in air preheaters at A and B side of the boiler for unit no.2 under condition of 250 MW load,are 4.92% and 5.59% respectively;and under condition of 300 MW load,the measured air leakage rate in air preheaters on A and B side of said boiler are 3.17% and 3.64% respectively,boasting remarkable effectiveness.
