【摘要】 为了满足车辆底盘集中润滑系统的要求,研究了车辆底盘集中润滑专用脂的制备工艺和性能要求。采用一步法皂化工艺,并用正交设计试验方法探讨了车辆底盘集中润滑专用脂的极压抗磨性能。得出了具有良好的抗磨性、防锈性和抗氧性的车辆底盘集中润滑专用脂产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to satisfy the requirements of centralized lubrication system for vehicle chassis,the preparation technology and performances of centralized lubrication special grease for vehicle chassis were discussed.Through adopting one step saponification technique and orthogonal test,the antiwear property of special grease was studied.At last,a kind of grease with good antiwear property,antirust property and oxidation resistance was produced.更多还原
