【摘要】 【目的】观察康泰胶囊对母子分离法复制的肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠模型的治疗作用及对腹泻小鼠的止泻作用。【方法】采用母子分离法复制IBS大鼠模型,以大鼠腹部回缩反射(AWR)的阈值和避水应激法大鼠排便数为指标评价药物的治疗效果;采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型观察康泰胶囊的止泻作用。【结果】康泰胶囊各剂量组均能显著升高IBS模型大鼠的内脏敏感压力阈值(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低内脏的敏感性;经急性避水应激其排便次数减少,以高剂量组作用显著(P<0.05);番泻叶致小鼠腹泻实验结果表明康泰胶囊中、高剂量组4 h、6 h累计排便次数较模型组显著减少(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。【结论】康泰胶囊对母子分离法复制的IBS大鼠模型有治疗作用,并具一定止泻作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Kangtai Capsule on rats irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)induced by neonatal maternal separation,and to explore its anti-diarrhea on diarrhea mice.Methods The rat models of IBS were induced by neonatal maternal separation method.The threshold of abdominal rebound reflex(ARR)and the amount of defecation induced by water immersion in rats were adopted as observation indexes to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The anti-diarrhea effect of Kangtai Capsule was observed in mice models of diarrhea induced by Folium Sennae.Results Kangtai Capsule increased the threshold of visceral sensitivity pressure and reduced visceral sensitivity in IBS rat models(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The rat defecation amount was reduced in Kangtai Capsule groups,and the effect was the best in high-dose Kangtai Capsule group(P<0.05).The accumulative frequency of defecation within 4 and 6 hours in mice was significantly reduced(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in middle-and high-dose Kangtai Capsule groups.Conclusion Kangtai Capsule has certain therapeutic effect for rat IBS induced by neonatal maternal separation,and has anti-diarrhea effect in mice.更多还原
