【摘要】 目的:观察三参益心汤对老年冠心病心力衰竭患者左室功能的影响。方法:将老年冠心病心力衰竭患者98例,随机分为2组各49例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上加用三参益心汤。结果:总有效率观察组95.9%,对照组83.7%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组左心室重量指数(LVM)I、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)均下降,E/A、每搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)均升高,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且观察组改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组脑钠素(BNP)及心钠素(ANP)水平均明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三参益心汤能有效改善老年冠心病心力衰竭患者的左心功能,疗效确切且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Sanshen Yixin Decoction on left ventricular function of senile coronary heart disease patients with heart failure.Methods:Ninety-eight senile coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group received Sanshen Yixin Decoction additionally.Results:The total effective rate was 95.9% in the observation group,and was 83.7% in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd) decreased significantly,E/A,stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) increased significantly in two groups,the difference being significant or very significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)were decreased significantly in two groups,the difference being significant compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).And the improvement was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Sanshen Yixin Decoction can effectively improve left ventricular function of senile coronary heart disease patients with heart failure,without any side effects.更多还原
