【摘要】 目的研究pAkt在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及其与临床病理参数、预后之间的关系。方法利用组织芯片技术和免疫组化方法检测85例HCC组织、85例癌旁组织和26例正常肝组织中pAkt的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果 pAkt在HCC中的表达阳性率(75.3%)高于癌旁组织(21.2%)(P<0.01)和正常肝组织(15.4%)(P<0.01),pAkt在HCC癌组织的表达与患者肿瘤转移有关,差异均具有统计学意义(P=0.007);pAkt阴性表达组(66.7%)生存率高于阳性表达组(35.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论 pAkt在HCC中过表达,在HCC的发生、发展、侵袭转移及预后中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the expression and clinical significance of pAkt in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The expression of pAkt in 85 HCC tissues,85 adjacent non-tumor tissues and 26 normal liver tissues was determined by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical methods.Correlations of the expression of pAkt with clinicopathologic features and prognosis were analyzed.Results The expressions rate of pAkt in HCC tissues was 75.3% significantly higher than that of the adjacent non-tumor tissues(21.2%)(P<0.01) and normal liver tissues(15.4%)(P<0.01).The expression of pAkt in HCC tissues was correlated with metastasis of carcinoma(P=0.007).The survival rate of pAkt negative group in HCC tissues was significantly higher than that of the positive group(P=0.017).Conclusion There is a high expression of pAkt in HCC and it may play an important role in the occurrence,progression,invasion and metastasis and prognosis of HCC.更多还原
