当前我国收入分配政策体系构建研究

【摘要】 改革开放30多年来,我国经济取得了长足发展,人们的生活水平有了极大提高,综合国力也得到进一步增强。但是,由于我国仍然处于社会的转型期,体制机制还不够完善,社会问题和矛盾还较为突出,收入分配领域仍然存在许多问题。应坚持"社会财富平等分配"、"效率公平有机结合"、"生产要素按贡献参与分配"以及"合理分配秩序"原则,构建"居民收入优先增长"、"低收入居民收入优先增长"、"劳动要素收入优先增长"以及"合理的财税调节"机制,形成科学合理的收入分配政策体系,使人民共享改革发展成果,促进社会和谐和公平正义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and open to overseas for thirty years,our country’s economy has made significant progress,people’s living standard has greatly increased,and the comprehensive national strength has been enhanced.However,there are still a lot of problems in income distribution because our country is still in the period of social transformation,the systems and mechanisms are incomplete,and social problems and contradictions are relatively prominent.According to the principles of equal distribution of social wealth,rational combination of efficiency and fairness,essential production factors participating in distribution based on their contribution,and rational distribution order,the mechanism of the preferential increase of residential income,preferential increase of residential income with low income,preferential increase of labor factor income,and rational finance and tax adjustment are constituted to form the policy system of scientific and rational income distribution so as to make people share the achievements of reform and development and promote social harmony and fairness and justice.更多还原
