【摘要】 目的:探讨耳穴贴压配合中医护理对糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析患者高血压的影响。方法:将DN患者85例随机分成对照组42例和治疗组43例,对照组给予常规治疗及口服降压药,治疗组在此基础上加用耳穴贴压配合中医护理疗法。结果:治疗组有效率为79.1%,对照组为57.1%,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组头晕恶心、心律失常、心力衰竭发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压配合中医护理能有效降低糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的高血压,减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of auricular point plaster therapy combined with TCM nursing care on hypertension of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods: 85 patients with DN were randomly divided into a control group(n=42) and a treatment group(n=43).The patients in the control group received conventional therapy and were given oral antihypertensive drugs and the patients in the treatment group were additionally given auricular point plaster therapy combined with nursing care by following TCM theory based on the treatment and nursing care in the control group.Results: The effective rate was 79.1% in the treatment group and 57.1% in the control group,the comparison was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of dizziness,nausea,cardiac arrhythmia and heart failure was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Auricular point plaster therapy combined with TCM nursing care can effectively relieve hypertension of hemodialysis patients with DN,reduce complications and improve their quality of life.更多还原
