【摘要】 目的:探讨下肢大面积皮肤软组织损伤行胸脐皮瓣游离移植术患者的围术期护理方法。方法:对23例下肢大面积皮肤软组织损伤患者行胸脐皮瓣游离移植术,围术期给予精心护理。结果:随访2～36个月,23例皮瓣均成活,外观满意。患肢骨折恢复良好,膝踝关节功能无明显障碍,功能恢复满意。2例皮瓣远端部分坏死,予以换药修复。结论:对下肢巨大软组织缺损患者行胸脐皮瓣带蒂血管吻合修复术效果确切,围术期给予严密观察和精心护理,及早发现和处理皮瓣术后血运障碍是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of the patients with defects of skin and soft tissue of the lower extremities in a large area by free transplantation with thoraco-bumbilical pedicle flaps.Methods: 23 patients were treated with free transplantation with thoraco-bumbilical pedicle flaps and given meticulous nursing care in the perioperative period.Results: By conducting follow-up for 2 to 36 months,it was found that the flaps survived in 23 patients and the appearance was satisfactory.The recovery of fractures in the affected limbs was fine and there was no evident handicap in the knee-ankle-joint function.The partial necrosis of far-end of flaps occurred in 2 patients and it was repaired by changing dressing.Conclusion: The free transplantation with thoraco-bumbilical pedicle flaps has the exact effect in the treatment of the defects of skin and soft tissue of the lower extremities in a large area,the close observation and careful nursing care in the perioperative period can timely detect blood circulation disorders of flaps after surgery and it is the key to the success of the surgery.更多还原
