【摘要】 目的:探讨循证护理在早期预警手足口病重症患儿中的应用效果。方法:将216例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组116例和对照组100例。观察组采取循证护理方法,对照组采取常规护理。比较两组患儿病情转归情况、手足口病重症发生率。结果:观察组临床症状及体征改善情况均较对照组早(P<0.01),观察组发展为重症患儿例数及并发症发生率较对照组少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿通过循证护理,早期识别重症早期征象,加强监测,积极治疗及护理,能明显减少手足口病重症发生,提高救治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application effect of evidence-based nursing care on the early warning of the severe children patients with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:216 children patients with HFMD were randomly divided into observation group(n=116) and control group(n=100).The evidence-based nursing approach was applied to the patients in the observation group and the routine nursing care was taken in the control group.The outcome of the disease of the children patients and the incidence of the severe cases were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs was earlier and better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the severe cases ratio and the incidence of complications were less in the observation group than those in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing care is conducive to the early identification of severe cases,strengthening monitoring and active treatment and nursing care can significantly reduce the occurrence of severe cases and increase the success rate of rescue and treatment.更多还原
