基于灵敏度分析的机床轻量化设计
Light weight design of a machine tool based on sensitivity analysis
【摘要】 对机床结构做轻量化设计,可以在保证刚度的基础上,减少制造成本。该文利用SolidWorks软件和ANSYS软件对一台机床(高速卧式加工中心)的结构件做分析测量,得到了各个结构尺寸变化时,质量变化对刚度变化影响的灵敏度。以灵敏尺寸作为优化参数、结构件质量作为优化目标、刚度和铸造工艺条件作为约束条件对该机床做了轻量化设计。利用计算机仿真轻量化过程,在保证刚度不降低的前提下,结构质量可降低312kg(6.9%)。结果表明:灵敏度分析是对结构做轻量化设计的有效途径。
【Abstract】 Light weight design of machine tools can reduce costs while maintaining stiffness.A high-speed horizontal machining center was analyzed using a sensitivity analysis of the mass to stiffness results for each dimension using SolidWorks and ANSYS.The light weight design procedure has the sensitivity dimensions as parameters,the mass as the goal,and the stiffness and casting technique as the constraint conditions.The simulations show that the stiffness can be maintained while reducing the mass by 312 kg(6.9%).The optimization shows the validity of the sensitivity analysis for the light weight design of structures.
