【摘要】 创新认知调查显示,若干影响创新活动的要素状况已得到明显改善和优化,企业创新动力提升,创新意识增强,创新效率改善,但仍存在创新组织孤立运行、创新成果转化缺乏经费保障、创新信息获取成本偏高,以及创新服务组织不发达、创新交流平台运行不畅等问题,加强创新组织制度变革和优化创新活动依托的公共设施,对解决上述问题有积极推动意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey of innovation cognition shows that factors affecting the status of innovation activities have been significantly improved and optimized,business innovation power has improved,innovation awareness has enhanced,and innovation efficiency has increased,but there are still some issues as follows: innovative organizations operate isolatly,innovation achievements transformation lacks funding indemnification,the cost of innovation information acquisition is high,innovation service organizations are underdeveloped,and innovative exchange platform runs poorly.Strengthening the reform of innovation organization system and optimizing public facilities on which innovation activities rely will have active significance to address these issues.更多还原
