【摘要】 为了分析"边界巡视者"跨界管理对合作机构一体化机制和合作方信任的调节作用,它以216家"产学合作机构"为实证样本,探讨了边界巡视者、一体化机制、合作各方信任与知识转移之间的关系,并检验了跨界管理的调节作用。结果显示:边界巡视者在一体化机制和知识转移之间有明显的调节作用,当跨界管理水平较低时,一体化机制和知识转移呈现正向的关系,当跨界管理水平较高时,两者是负向关系。但是,合作各方的信任对知识转移没有明显的促进作用,它与跨界管理一起也没有形成显著的双向调节影响知识转移。结论为进一步研究"产学合作体"知识转移和知识商业化提供了新视角,厘清产业界和学术界在合作背景下对知识转移相关理论和实践的理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to examine the moderating effects of boundary spanning on the relationship between trust,integrative mechanism and knowledge transfer,it exploited data from 216 samples of organizations of university-industry collaboration.It found that the relationship was significant for integrative mechanism,but wasn’t for trust of parties.The relationship between knowledge transfer and integrative mechanism was positive under the condition of weak boundary spanning,while it was negative under the condition of strong boundary spanning.The findings promote the understanding of theory and practice relative to knowledge transfer in the context of university-industry collaboration.更多还原
