【Abstract】 Both NGP and Delphi methods are good at integrating various clues to form consistent viewpoints, thus they are very effective information analysis tools when there are only a few clues in the decision-making environment.Based on the description of NGP and Delphi information analysis methods,this paper expounds their characteristics and implementation process,analyzes their similarities and differences in team member selection,problem description,information sharing,information feedback and practical application,and compares their advantages and disadvantages.更多还原
