【摘要】 目的观察消痛救心散治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法 80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗者50例和对照组30例,治疗组应用消痛救心散联合消心痛治疗,对照组单用消心痛治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组心绞痛治疗有效45例(90.0%),对照组有效19例(63.3%)。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组心电图疗效有效33例(66.0%),对照组有效10例(33.3%)。2组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痛救心散治疗冠心病心绞痛效果满意,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao Tong Jiu Xin powders combined with Isosorbide dinitrate in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=30) . The treatment group received Xiao Tong Jiu Xin powders combined with Isosorbide dinitrate,the control group received isosorbide dinitrate only,treatment effect in the two groups were observed.Results 45 cases(90.0%) were effective of angina in treatment group and 19 patients(63.3%) were in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01) . 33 cases(66.0%) were effective of ECG in treatment group,and 10 cases(33.3%) were in control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion Xiao Tong Jiu Xin powderes in treatment of angina pectoris is effect and worthy of clinical application.更多还原
