【摘要】 目的观察左西替利嗪、氯雷他定联合胸腺肽治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效。方法 122例患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用胸腺肽注射液100mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,连续2周,同时口服左西替利嗪片10mg/d,氯雷他定片10mg/d,连续4周;对照组单用左西替利嗪、氯雷他定,方法和疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为80.65%和56.67%,两组有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论左西替利嗪、氯雷他定联合胸腺肽治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of levocetirizine and loratadine combined with thymopolypeptides on patients with chronic eczema.Methods 122 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with thymopolypeptides at a dose of 100mg once a day for successive 2 weeks,and by oral administration of levocetirizine and loratadine 10mg once a day for 4 weeks;the control group was only treated with levocetirizine and loratadine.Results The effective rate was 80.65% in experimental group and 56.67% in control group,with statistically significant differnce(P<0.05).Conclusion levocetirizine and loratadine combined with thymopolypeptides in the treatment of chronic eczema present significant curative effect.更多还原
