烯草酮-β-环糊精包合物悬浮剂的制备及流变学行为
Preparation and Rheology Research of the Inclusion Compound of β-Cyclodextrin with Clethodim
【摘要】 [方法]分散剂在农药环保剂型悬浮剂的研究中起着重要作用,可使其理化稳定性得到明显改善。采用湿式超微粉碎法制备了24%烯草酮-β-环糊精包合物悬浮剂,并对较优配方的悬浮体系物理稳定性进行流变学行为研究。[结果]烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物及其嵌段共聚物在农药悬浮剂中合理应用,可提高悬浮剂的物理稳定性;研究还发现:随着连续不同剪切应力的作用,悬浮体系呈现剪切稀化行为,表现出典型的非牛顿型假塑性流体特征,流动曲线符合Hershel-Bulkley模型,且悬浮体系的表观黏度随时间做周期性振荡。[结论]高性能的润湿剂、分散剂搭配使用会获得协同效应,明显提高烯草酮-β-环糊精包合物悬浮剂的物理稳定性,从而提高制剂质量。
【Abstract】 [Methods] Dispersing agents plays a rather important role in suspension concentrate which is an environmental friendly pesticide formulation.Its application could significantly improve the physical and chemical stability of this formulation.As the 24% inclusion compound of β-cyclodextrin with clethodim SC for example,the method of wet milling was developed.Some good formulas were founded and the rheology properties of them were researched.[Results] The result indicated that the physical stability and the quality of the formulation were improved obviously with the right amount of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate polymer and its block copolymer.It also showed that with the continuous different shear force,the viscosity of suspension system becomed low.And it showed the typical non-newtonian fluid characteristics of false plasticity.The flow curves were corresponding with Hershel-Bulkley model.The apparent viscosity of suspension system was changing periodically with time.[Conclusions] The physical stability and the quality of the formulation were improved obviously by the cooperation of high performance wetting agents and dispersing agents.
