SSR分子标记及其在农作物育种中的应用
SSR Molecular Marker and Its Applications in Crop Breeding
【摘要】 在概述简单重复序列(SSR)标记的发现过程、结构特征、原理和方法、技术优缺点的基础上,详细介绍此技术在遗传多样性、DNA指纹库、遗传图谱构建和基因定位及分子标记辅助选择等研究上的应用情况,并分析了SSR技术在农作物育种领域的广阔应用前景。
【Abstract】 This article deals with the discovery process,structural features,principle and method,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of simple sequence repeats marker(SSR) . The author examines the applications of this technique in such researches as genetic diversity,DNA fingerprint bank,genetic map structure,gene location,and molecular marker assisted selection,and makes analysis on the application prospect of SSR technique in crop breeding.
