【Abstract】 Based on the goal to protect the rights of Life and Health in athletes,this thesis makes deep analysis on the above-mentioned rights in elite athletes,and further analyses existing problems and causes.Thus,the thesis proposes a multi-channelled protection and relief system to put an initial step on finding solutions and suggestions,and on providing some reference to the improvement of management system of our athletes,the legitimate rights and interests of athletes and the laws and regulations concerning athlete.更多还原
