基于Pro/Mechanica灵敏度分析的飞刀轴优化设计
Optimization of Fly-Cutter Shaft Based on Pro/Mechanica Sensitivity Analysis Function
【摘要】 为解决碳化钨轧辊月牙槽数控加工飞刀轴刚性弱的现状,分析了现有刀具系统存在的不足并利用Pro/Mechanica灵敏度分析功能进行飞刀轴的优化设计,达到了提高刀具使用寿命的目的.
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of weak rigidity of fly-cutter shaft of the tungsten carbide roll ribbed slot NC machining,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing tool system and uses Pro/Mechanica sensitivity analysis function to optimize the design of fly-cutter shaft to improve the service life of cutter.
