【摘要】 目的:应用婴儿部分水解蛋白配方奶粉作为过敏一级预防策略的临床效果观察。方法:自2007年10月至2010年6月,严重皮肤湿疹、便中带血的107例出生至6月大患儿应用水解蛋白配方奶粉,男性49例、女58例;严重皮肤湿疹98例,便中带血9例,大便潜血(+—++)5例,大便潜血(+++)4例。结果:二周后皮肤湿疹消退61例,明显缓解33例,无明显缓解4例;四周后皮肤湿疹消退84例,明显缓解14例。便中带血患儿应用二周后大便潜血阴性6例,大便潜血(+—++)2例,大便潜血(+++)1例;四周后大便潜血阴性7例,大便潜血(+—++)2例。结论:应用婴儿部分水解蛋白配方奶粉食物过敏患儿有良好效果,对于不能进行母乳喂养或者进入转奶期的婴儿必须根据婴儿过敏性疾病风险程度选择适当的低敏配方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of the application on partially hydrolyzed protein in infants as a primary prevention strategy for allergic diseases.Methods: From October 2007 to June 2010,a total of 110 six-month old infants with severe eczema or hematochezia fed by partially hydrolyzed protein.Among the 110 cases,there were male 49 cases,female 58 cases,98 cases with severe skin eczema;9 cases with hematochezia;5 cases with fecal occult blood(+-++);4 cases with fecal occult blood(+++).Results: Eczema subsided in 61 cases,relieved markedly in 33 cases,no significant in 4 cases after two weeks;Eczema subsided in 84 cases,relieved markedly in 14 cases after four weeks.The hemafecia changed to fecal occult blood(-) in 6 cases,fecal occult blood(+-++) in 6 cases,fecal occult blood(+++) in 1 case after two weeks;While fecal occult blood(-) in 7 cases,fecal occult blood(+-++) in 2 cases after four weeks.Conclusion: The clinical outcome of partially hydrolyzed protein is excellent in infants with food allergy.It is important to select the appropriate low sensitivity formula for the infants who can not breastfeed or to enter the weaning period according to risk level of allergy.更多还原
