【摘要】 食品质量与安全控制技术是江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业的职业必修课程之一。结合本校实际,围绕改革课程体系,以提高教学质量的目标,对该课程实施项目化教学改革。通过重新进行课程定位,教学内容和结构重构,教学大纲和课程标准重新制定,探索切合项目化课程和管理课程实际的教学模式及考核方式,丰富了教学内容,完善了教学模式、方法,丰富了教学手段。经过教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 "The Control Technology of Food Quality and Safety" is one of the vocational core Curriculums in Food Nutrition and Detection major,which is one of the constructing majors of national model higher vocational college-Jiangsu Animal Husbandry &Veterinary College.Under our college’s situation,aiming to "reforming the curriculum system,improving the teaching quality",project-oriented curriculum reforming of "the Control Technology of Food quality and safety" is implemented.The Curriculum is relocated,the teaching contents and structure are reconstructed,as well as the Teaching Program and Curriculum Standard are developed.A novel teaching style and test method corresponding to the project-oriented managing curriculum are explored and practiced.Multi-teaching ways(e.g.case,discussion,knowledge contest,scenario simulation,task-driven etc).are used in teaching course.Interest in learning and active learning are excited.Teaching effectiveness is improved effectively.更多还原
