【Abstract】 The network trial which is fast,efficient,expeditious and easy is good for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of minority,and educating and reforming the juvenile.The application of network trial in the juvenile justice has the preconditions for the mass of juvenile with the network technology.And it also has the foundation of the material and justice.So it is wholly applicable.But it should be restricted within parts of cases.In addition,we should set some rules on the procedures of the whole court,and strengthen the protection of the procedure and security.更多还原
