【摘要】 桑葚菌核病又称白果病,是目前威胁桑葚生产的主要病害,且具毁灭性.使用真菌通用引物扩增,对桑葚菌核病原菌rDNA的ITS保守区进行分析,结合形态确定病菌种类,发现宁波天宫庄园桑果观赏基地的菌核病菌有以下4种:桑实杯盘菌(Ciboria shiraiana)、肉阜状杯盘菌(Ciboria carunculoides)、核地杖菌(Scleromitrula shiraiana)和核盘菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum).更多还原

【Abstract】 Mulberry sclerotiniose is also called white fruit disease.It is the disease most diagnosed in mulberry produces at present,and is the most devastating factor to harvest.Through designing specific primers and analyzing ITS conserved sequence of mulberry sclerotiniose pathogen,the germ category is identified.The results give four sclerotiniose pathogens,which are found to be Ciboria shiraiana,Ciboria carunculoides,Scleromitrula shiraiana and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.更多还原
