新型激发极化测井仪数控系统的研究与设计
Research and Design of Novel Digital Control Syetem for Induced Polarization Logging instrument
【摘要】 描述了一种可以被直接用于测井的激发极化测井仪数控系统。提出采用多次刻度的方法推算前放电路增益值,减小由于温度和器件自身的误差所带来的影响。该系统核心是由FPGA和DSP组成的主从架构,实现对测井工作的控制、数据处理,以及利用CAN总线完成同地面主机的信息交互。经实验证明,该数控系统可以在150℃的高温下无故障的运行。
【Abstract】 Describes the design and construction of a master control system for the induced polarization(IP) logging instrument that can directly work in oil well several kilometers away from the ground.The present design uses multiple calibration signals to compute the gain of the amplification circuits which can reduce the effects caused by temperature changes and chip variations.The core control system uses a digital signal processor(DSP) and a field-programmable gate-array(FPGA) to construct master-slave architecture.The fuction of this architecture include control logging work,processing digital signal,and communicating with host PC through the controller area network(CAN) bus.By experiments,this system can be operated stably under 150 centigrade.
