基于PLC的大型化工企业照明控制系统的设计探讨

【摘要】 以大型化工企业照明监控系统为基础,提出一个适合大型企业厂房的照明控制策略,使之能根据实际情况对企业的照明系统进行控制。介绍照明控制系统的总体功能需求和设计依据,PLC控制器和组态软件的基本情况及选型依据,PLC控制器和组态软件的特点及国内外这2种设备的发展和产品情况。最后介绍了照明控制子系统的软件系统模块的划分,分析了各个模块的功能需求,阐述了各个功能模块的设计与实现方法。

【Abstract】 This paper was based on the large-scale chemical enterprises lighting control system,proposed a plant that was based on a suitable large-scale which was the lighting control strategy.Firstly we introduced the overall lighting control system functional requirements and design basis on detail,and described the PLC controller and the configuration software based on the basic conditions and selection.And we descripted the PLC controller and configuration software features as well as the development of domestic and international both equipment and products.Finally we analyzed the lighting control module software subsystem classification and specific analyzed the functional requirements of each module,followed by a description of the specific features of each module design and implementation,described the functions achieved way for the interface design and system.
