【摘要】 目的:通过对痤疮患者生活质量的调查及评分,了解痤疮对患者日常生活的影响及综合治疗的临床效果。方法:选择符合入选标准的痤疮患者,于治疗前后分别填写皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)问卷,根据病情分级给予不同治疗。结果:治疗前得分(11.86±5.13)分,治疗后得分(8.43±3.68)分,治疗前后得分比较t=5.91,P<0.001,差异有显著性。结论:DLQI评分表对观察痤疮患者的生活质量和治疗效果更加直观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of acne on patients’ daily life and the clinical effect of the comprehensive treatment,via investigation and scoring the quality of acne patients’ life.Methods The acne patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and each of them finished a questionnaire on Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI) before and after the treatment.Different treatments were taken according to the classification of their diseases.Results The score before treatment is 11.86 ±5.13 while the score after treatment is 8.43±3.68.The comparison of the two scores shows a significant difference(t=5.91,P<0.001).Conclusion The result is more obvious when use the DLQI score sheet to measure the acne patients’ life quality and the effect of the treatments.更多还原
